I am rather disappointed on the lack of information surrounding this mob. No one really understands exactly what spawns her or where to find her, there are just estimates here. I would think that the sword would have been a little more important in days long ago, and as such pulled more user input. Trouble is, alot of people browse, but don't post, so I guess I'll at least include this observation for others to utilize.

As for the Crypt.. it's a night spawn situation here, which is leading this necro to believe that she also spawns at night.

I have been in the zone for 2 days studying their behavior. Today i noticed that at 6pm game time, there were un-targetable placeholders in the spots where skellies normally spawn throughout the Crypt.

At 7pm game time all of these PH's pop out and the crypts are empty. Then, at 10pm game time the targetable versions are here, and sometimes the named that spawn here is also up, which is not even listed above.

At 5am these skellies will stop spawning and the un-targetable PH's will return once more.

This does not seem to affect the spawning of skellies outside of the Crypt as they can be up pretty much any time.

Now, as for her.. I found her up finally today about 1am game time in a static spawn at this location - -2075, -60.30, just outside of the little city area in what appeared to be an undead spawn point. She was of course utilizing the sword, but dropped the mask and a worthless weapon. This is a different location then any of the above, so I'm quite positive that she spawns somewhere, anywhere in the zone, in some type of undead PH spot. I will update this post if I encounter any new information. Best of luck, she's a long spawn :-(

I have seen her up 4 times now always at the same spot, -1665 -800. She does not appear to roam around. Dropped the veil 3x and sword once for me. No idea what made her spawn, was running around killing everything for quest items.

Any more info on her or how to get her to spawn? Everytime i check the zone is empty and she is never there.

She spawns outside of the Crypt area. Just clear near and around the area till you get her to spawn

just because she is holding the sword (yes it will look like pestilence) doesnt mean she will drop it.. i killed her not even 10 minutes ago.. she was holding a sword that looked like the pestilence... she dies she drops a fine steel schimitar a shammy spell and veil of plauges

I camp my 80 Ranger alt here to check this NPC.Got her spawned 4 times so far.She is always roaming around the underground cave(where Tomblord spawn,not Bert Temple).Max hit 1890 on Ranger(12 shielding around 3000 AC),pretty easy to any 80+ I would say since now we can merc-solo.Dropped 4 masks and still not a single SK Sword.I really hate they did it that way to make NPC attack you with a sword on their hand but drop nothing in their loot.Damn,I was pretty excited when I found her the 2nd time,message showed she slash me and after she was dead,there is one sword in the loot window.Well,guess you all know what it is,a fine steel 2-handed sword on a 77+ Named!!!Jeez.Why this mob so rare when all others so common(Claybeast always up,Tomblord too.)

any hints on how to spawn this lady? been at the village for several days now i havent seen her around... do i have to kill the villagers?
