In the Plane of Time B: Spawns (or is "freed") upon the death of Quarm.

In The Void (A-G): Zebuxoruk is the lone occupant of The Void and has quite a story to tell. His dialogue can be found here, as can our Seeds of Destruction Progression information.

In The Void (H) (static): Part of the Call of the Forsaken expansion, Zebuxoruk is again the lone occupant of The Void. (For all things related to Call of the Forsaken, check out this overview of the expansion.)

In The Void (H) (instanced): Part of the Call of the Forsaken event "The Journey Home" (see this quest entry for details about the group version and this quest entry for details about the raid version).

Because you need access to Void B in order to see any spells. Doesn't matter how many of the currency you have.

After a bit of searching why these spells are listed above for Void A, I see that the RK III are available after completing certain raids in Oceangreen Hills and Oceangreen Village. Other RK III spells are also available for different classes.

after completing Stop The Ascension in Oceangreen Hills you will have following spells available to you in void A onwards
Winter's Flare Rk. III
Promised Rejuvenation Rk. III
Completing Queen Malarian raids will give you following spells available from Zebuxoruk in void A onwards.
Charge for Honor Rk. III
Mindshear Horror Rk. III
Jolting Frontkicks Rk. III

As for Spell: Talisman of the Lynx that is listed above under what items are available from Zebuxoruk, it only becomes available from Void B and does not belong in this list.

This item is not available on him in Void A. I think it's from Void B since it's a head item. Please update. Thanks

Is there some way you can use an eternal/medial essence for tier 2 combines? Or convert the essence into a lower tier?

Or does B+ access just give more armor slots? Do you need the seminal essence before using the higher tier ones?

He states you must re-establish balance in what was once called oceangreen hills. I assume he means the oceangreen progression.

I am Standing in "Void A" Right now with my level 67 Beastlord and " Minor Dyadic Quartz " Does NOT show up on the list of items for sale. Nor are any of the Spells Listed in the Void A list. " grovers the Irelevant " posted the correct list back Oct 30 2008. Seems some stuff was added to the list since then that comes from Void Prgression.

You say, 'Hail, Zebuxoruk'
Zebuxoruk says 'Again you have returned, to see the tiny march of progress you have accomplished. Again I must ask: Is the winning of a battle worth the losing of a war? Of a way of life? Of an entire world? The damage was already done, many aeons ago, when first the insane ones came to meddle in Norrath's past. You merely prolong the disturbance by your efforts, setting things the way they were will only help so long as your [enemy] chooses to stop interfering with time, which of course they won't.'

Zebuxoruk says 'Yes, your enemy is most implacable. You think yourselves superior to them, yet you become more like them with every iteration through this paradox. Was there ever any use to convincing you otherwise? ... No, of course there wasn't. You have always been stubborn, in all of your forms, in all of your guises. I have seen you come here many times, and like the others, you are always so sure of what needs to be done you never bothered asking yourself the hard [questions].'

Zebuxoruk says 'Yes, questions, someone said once that an unquestioned life is not worth living, do you not believe that? In a disordered universe, questions lead to answers, and answers lead to solutions. I myself have had aeons to discuss all the matters of the universe with myself, and I now possess greater truths than you could ever imagine. The questions you must ask yourself revolve around time. When [time] is as pliable and as powerful as the waters of a river, how would you hope to face and defeat a foe who has learned to use those powers, without being able to use them yourself?'

Zebuxoruk says 'You begin to see. The struggle has meaning, does it not? Even when the outcome is predetermined, even when the possibility of success is nil for many reasons, and the accumulating damage becomes catastrophic. You may chase down your foe, but they return again soon enough, for in time there is no longer any finality. Not here; not since [they] first came.'

Zebuxoruk says ''They', of course. 'They who devour worlds'. They are legion. You shall never stop them. I have seen your despair, your irritation, in a thousand different frustrating visits. You have been ignorant of these moments, of course, because every time They strike again - and how can they do anything else? - you always rise nobly to the [challenge] regardless of the risks, unwittingly playing your part in an eternal drama.'

Zebuxoruk says 'Watching you bravely take the next portal, and correct the [damage], warms my heart. It is like watching a child try to sweep a beach clear of all sand.'

Zebuxoruk says 'Though you and your friends haven't the vaguest clue what evil you truly face, your efforts have an [impact] on all things. Some good, some not. Know the difference.'

(this one in personal message)
Zebuxoruk says 'The invaders are stealing the past of Norrath by interfering with the outcome of the battle you knew as **** Kithicor. You must return to the past, and prevent the outcome from changing.'

For some odd reason every time I look at Zebuxoruk's picture back on the EverQuest Players website (the very detailed one) I swear this dude almost reminds me of none other then Glenn Danzig during his earlier years (also known as Glenn Anzalone, a real life celebrity) expect with green glowing eyes and the weapon he holds, if only he was holing some wicked looking sword now that would almost resemble him for sure.

An interesting footnote is that their are certain non-playable characters throughout the history of video gaming that have certain characters that have a striking resemblance to real life celebrates and/or at least closely named after them (such as Ozzie who's name was based of Ozzy Osbourne, Slash who's name was based off Slash from Guns and Roses and Flea who is named after Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers in the Chrono Trigger game from Square-Enix) and maybe even a few player characters may closely resemble some real life celebrates and I am certain Zebuxoruk has that almost-seemingly striking resemblance to Glenn Danzig for certain.
