Sorry that quest a Dev posted is no more and is bugged if the quest giver is still up.

The Reavers are supposed to pop in front of BB entrance --then walk the road
to North Qeynos and despawn. This worked fine on 7 Oct ... on 8 Oct, the
Reavers would not spawn. All other portions of the quest worked.

Have done this quest successfully on 7 Oct ...

The quest giver is still there in Dreadlands
