Route:
From Cobalt Scar zone-in, head North.
Take first right, run East through three rooms.
Exit the third room in the SE corner.
Follow the passage, take first right, which takes you to a room with three pools.
Take the stairs up in the SE corner of this room.
In the next room, run up the ramp, and take the left (East) side.
Emissary is just to the left of the top of the ramp.
