Exactly Lalv...I'm on Mithaniel Marr and HQ Bear Pelts are my only income, paying for all my armor and trade skill needs. If anyone ever tries to buy for lower than 20 or 25pp they are ridiculed for attempting to rip people off. Often times I will sell low for 15 or 20 and tailors snatch HQs up like mad for those prices.

These high quality bearpelts go VERY VERY easily for between 20-40pp. I have sold about 8-10 of these and i have Never Ever seen 1 go for less than 20pp. i hope that uthor (see above message) is blind or so rich that he never has to look at prices because otherwise i rate him as: VERY DUMB!

Trust me on this, if you charge more than 5pp for these things a tailor is going to laugh at you. We'd rather hunt them ourselves than give in to some little snot nosed newbie trying follow jims advise. There only worth about 5-7pp, and if you bring 2 or 3 pelts to a tailor he may give you a 10 slot backpack for your trouble, and trust me youll be coming out ahead.

i would sell them to a vendor before letting someone have a hq ber pelt forless than 15 pp.but i get 25 to 30pp very easily all day long
HQ go for 20 p MINIMUM. Tailors use ONE skin to make backpacks and sell backpacks for 80 - 100 p. My tailoring is only in the 90s and I succeed about 75 % of the time. So for 80 -100 p I buy 4 skins and sell the 3 successes for 240 p or more.

If you don't believe me do a price check in East Commonlands or North Freeport where the higher levels hang out to buy and sell. These are also the best places to sell you HQ skins, too.
Heck, with leather backing needed for FS plate LQ are bringing in 5p each!

These lil' guys occasionally drop some meat, or a pelt varying in quality from ruined up to high quality, which sell for big cash! (If you know who to sell 'em to ;)

HQ Bear Skins go for 20p on established servers, and at least 10p on servers at least a month old, though people will offer you much less. They are used to Tailor 10 slot backpacks, which go for 50-100p.
