Yep, I can confirm this. Watch out if you're roaming about West of Windstalker Village (they named a village after her too!). She's a mean, mean Lev 20ish or so mob.

The reason Holly is so agro now is probably a joke refering to when eq first came out and she used to go on rampages killing anyone and everyone.
I'm not sure if this was a bug, a joke, an event, or what. But for a week or so she would attack everyone regardless of if they attacked an animal or not. All the newbies had to rise up and kill her with about 30 people after dieing and running back to loot and attack her over and over.

In the real world Holly Windstalker would be called a homicidal maniac or serial killer.
This would earn her a trip to Death Row or life in prison.
In EQ2 the Wood Elves, Humans and High Elves who follow the "call of the wild" (extreme nature buffs) consider Holly a divine and righteous spirit.
I think they've been smoking those trees rather then growing um.
