Their level ranges up to 64 as i had one that was white to me when i conned it with my 64 ranger..

Tried a couple of times to kill one of these. Light blue to my lvl 71 ranger. Tried toe to toe and he hit me for 300 to 900. Was snareable and rootable. Killed me twice. Tried to bow kite and found out the hard way they summon at about 50% health.

Didn't expect that. I was surfing here (figured Quenos Hills was safe enough at level 72). I heard it hit and when I got back in the game I was dead.
