If you attack these skels, does Lord Grimrot automatically aggro? I have a character on one of the progression servers now who could probably kill Cromil but not Lord Grimrot. The quest reward really isn't worth it, but I happen to be in the Qeynos area anyway so it's not a big deal to run over and check it out if I won't die trying.

Killing these skeletons give the following faction hits:

Bloodsabers got worse
Guards of Qeynos got better
Opal Dark Briar got worse
Priests of Life got better
Corrupt Qeynos Guards got worse
