So he can spawn at a level lower than 16 inside Surefall bear cave. He was easy to take out using Furor spells, so probably not much stronger than a towering brute or wandering greenblood. Dropped a barbarian head.

Either a PH I dont see (tracker standing where kill was for 2 + hours) or his has a hellacious respawn time.
