This NPC also gives out a quest for the Custom Naliedin lute, which has a multiplier of 2.0, in between standard instruments and combine instruments. I have submitted the quest and will link it when it is up.

I only hope that people who read this and are on xegony be carfefull while around him. He will warn u without hesitation and for the smallest things. For instence i was saying WTFG to a person that dinged. He warned me for foul language even though i didnt say way to ****** go. If u see him please bite him on the legg for me and give him a rude gesture. Besides that I wish all of you GL and have fun. Remember xegony is great ,but Soraen sucks!!!
