This NPC does not exist in Timorous Deep and is not needed for the BST 1.0 epic ! This epic quest had been done sloppy and is partially broken. Instead of the need to kill Draz Nurakk inside the building to spawn the six doublegangers they do spawn immediately after giving Scout Sihmoj the Seal of Elder Dumul.
