Killed him today to see what faction hits he has. They are the following:

Guards of Qeynos - Worse
Antonius Bayle - Worse
Corrupt Qeynos Guards - Better
Circle of Unseen Hands - Better
Merchants of Qeynos - Worse

Also looted a Rusty Long Sword from him.
