His effect is very annoying, because it has a chance to mez everyone on his aggro list. So if everyone gets hit with it, except the cleric resists, the cleric will be tanking the named for the next 6 seconds. Just a heads up.

so whereabouts is this located?
He spawns inside the graveyard, NE of the Bertoxx camp. he spawns off of SOS shades inside the graveyard.
Use mage zoom, or druid spell that sees SOS, dont remember what its called, to see the "a tome shade", other claess might have similar spells or AA's. Regular ancestors dont assist, but other shades will.
Around 5 or 6 shades spawn in the graveyard, you can see them when they spawn but after they go SOS they are not visible or trackable. They dont aggro unless attacked.
My wife and i boxed this camp for 5 hours, not one named, not one spell. Between the pain of pulling these guys, and the traps in there, and the 5 wereorcs that spawn and roam the graveyard every 20 minutes, and the total lack of nameds and spells, this is one hell of a crappy camp. If you are looking for Tier 2 gloves, dont look here.

Had a mage use zoom, didnt find any "a tome shade" or any other hidden mob. a druid only had see invis spell, which didnt show up anything else. Perhaps you mean another graveyard.

The spell i use on my mage is the lvl 77 one, Aspect Of Zoom, it does indeed see through SOS. The druid spell is the lvl 77 spell Sharp Eyes. As far as i know its only one graveyard in Hos. You will see every 20 minutes, a wereorc packleader and 4 wereorc gravedigger will enter the graveyard from the south east, wander around inside the graveyard for a few and then leave the graveyard to the north and then despawn. The ingame map will show the graveyard also. Its just next to the lvl 80 spell vendor Seyan Ebonlocke.
You must have used the wrong spells to not see the a tome shade. We spent another 3,5 hours there yesterday with no named.

Your right, have to use higher level spells to see them. Is "a tome shade" a ph? Any idea which one? Do they summon, or snare/rootable?

As far as i know, any "A tome shade" can be a ph for Blinking Spirit, there are 6 of them in the graveyard, they roam. We spawned him once yesterday, he was just outside the SW gate of the graveyard. he hit me for a little less than 2K max i think. He went down so fast i cannot really tell if he summons or not, nor if he was snareable/rootable or not, but i can look in my parser later tonight. He can be tricky to pull, if you are fairly close to him when you pull, he will mezz you and blur himself, and he will path away from you, so you have to pull him again. Just pull from max distance and run to camp, he will come. Dropped leathergloves for us yesterday.

I've spawned him 11 times now, and he only spawns from the 3 wandering tomb shades.
11 times?!!! Wow, how many hours did you play to make that happen, hehe. We have seen him twice in probably like 20 hours at the graveyard, clearing all six shades as they spawn. The two times he has spawned for us it has been one of the wandering ones, true. Could use another ring or two from this mob, and gloves, so we will try some more.
