Elladrial's Pendant of Solace
Ok I've been camping this guy for going on 5 hours STRAIGHT, leaving nothing alive in the camp except the mob I'm currently killing. Not a SINGLE spawn yet of him. I forget what the spawn time is but that's close to 14 Place Holders in a row now. Anyone else had this problem before?
EDITED:
Ok after 6.5 hours approximatly he FINALLY spawned for me and dropped the 2hnd slasher. Done here and never doing it again, lol.

It is quite common for named mobs to not be around when you want them to. I have seen Place Holders spawn without a named in the cycle as many as 40 times. It sucks, but that's life.

Is he rootable and snareable?
Spawned in northern Shadowmane camp, north end of camp by fallen pillar. Only spawned once in 3 hours. Easy kill. Enrages, no AE.
