For about a week after SoF was released, these skellies were always up in and around the ranch area, and they ALL dropped one of the Faende items EVERY TIME. The Faende's Earstud was the common drop, and the primary dropped about once every 5 kills. In addition to the two Faende items listed, they would also drop Faende's Diamond Earstud roughly once every 10th kill.
Needless to say, they nerfed it! The skellies have been moved near the HoS zone line, and now only the named skelly Debilitated Skeleton will drop the Faende items.

This is a bugged quest-- the Highwind one. Skellys don't drop any loot anymore--should be removed from their tables.
Spawns at nightmare farm. Not sure what triggers them to spawn as they are not always up. Snareable and do no summon. Drop rate of equipment drops has been nerfed.
