Essence of Thunder4 adds do spawn with the mob, however, after 4 attempts I learned a trick. If you have a FD puller you can trigger the mob then FD. Once aggro breaks the adds will despawn and you can attack the main mob. You have limited time to do this however, as the main mob will despawn if not attacked with in a ceratin amount of time (not sure how long that time span is).

Did this today NO adds if your in the pool.
Posts saying adds and posts saying no adds... figured I would put another vote in.. Adds DEFINATLY spawn. 4 or 5 drakes add in from the steps coming into the pool and cause hell very quickly. Be prepared for them

I tried today clearing everything outside the pool, then making a bee line straight into the pool. Still got the adds on me.

This mob spawns adds when triggered we counted 4 on track just Fyi for anyone out there doing this . :)

Those adds also proc the same 3khp/tick DoT as the named itself, making them a pretty serious threat.
casts Thunderstrike Aura, its a 3k/tick for 6 ticks
