Pussule spawns four drakes upon being aggroed. They could potentially be avoided altogether by fighting in the back of his pool.

Last night after a few hours of searching our group finally found where Pussule spawns. You can reach him through the northeast part of the Dragonscale zone. Take the path (not the caves)that lead downward from the NE with branches of other paths. Follow straight down this path (invised) past a number of Golems until you get to the next to last path on your left. There is a Pool there that when you go up the steps, Pussule will spawn with his 4 drakes. I suggest a full group and a plan of attack as when he spawns the fight begins. We haven't taken him yet, but I would think after my first deathfull encounter, you should clear the area around the pool first being careful not to go on the steps and take it from there.... Our group went down fairly fast as we were not ready when one of our groupies wanted to take a peek and went on the steps. At least we learned how to spawn him !
It seems with this mob that spawns the 4 drake adds, which may or may not be mezzable, it is best to have a FD class run to the pool and FD. The drakes pop and depop at some interval, if you are quick you can have someone else pull Pussule while the drakes are despawned. Also, when FD clears aggro the mobs will depop but will repop instantly, just wait for the drakes to depop and pull pussule as quick as possible.

went up to the pool and popped our quest guy Pussule, and we had this great little surprise, four mini drake adds, and a spell called wave of deadly poison came from the named... wasnt very pretty.. bring crowd control for this puppy
I tried poking around this area as a Bard and accidently triggered it while off to the side. All drakes agroed me, ran out the canyon while rest of group droped the golem. Piece of cake, even if it was accidental.
