Power Operations Manager

The Power Operations Manager is a triggered spawn. Head to the southernmost room on the third floor. You'll find an elevator at location 40, 650, 350. Take the elevator to the room above. The Power Operations Manager spawns near the center of that room (triggered when you move near location 60, 610, 415).

He is part of the task "Disrupt the Workshop" (see this quest entry for spawn and fight information).

I should've known Sony didn't make this guy soloable. But now that I've spawned him and got the update, I have to do this quest again to get him to spawn now that I have a group for it.

Its a PITA because the group dismantled instead of waiting on me to do the quest again.

He is at loc (70, 600, 415). It is easy to find if you follow the description here on Allaz - run to second floor - south room - take the elevator up - run to center of the room and he will pop.

It's solo because when you request it, only you get it. It's not a group given task. Each person in the group has to request it.

EQ is a group game and therefore most of the content is based around groups or raids.

Well since this mission was "supposed" to be solo i had my self and another cleric try this mission. Well we found him in a room full of mobs. Once you hit a certain spot you get the task update and he spawns. Only probem was, he spawned twice when we both hit the same spot. Is this a bug or like the crystollas golems that spawn everytime somone with the quest hits the spot?

Popped in the South Lab Module. Hit's for 474-2500 with almost 3k AC on a rogue. Casts harm touch, not sure what else. Escaped and ran after he knocked me down to 2% health.

So much for SoE ideas of "solo" tasks. looks like they are getting even more difficult.

This NPC along with the Injured Spy do not show up on tracking. He's on the top floor of the SE lab module.

He is a triggered spawn. The step before the kill step spawns him.
