Set up tank on ramp below, dps was close, had respawns on the first couple attempts. Wasn't possible to clear the room.
If you can take 2 at a time, you can get the technician with one add on the 4th or 5th pull if you squeak it around the corner quickly. As it is leashed to that specific floor, be prepared to charge and fight on the landing.
460 elevation, the map gimps out at that level but not hard to find.
There is a small room near technician with two see invis mobs on either side of door. The rest of the mobs around technician and technician do not see invis.
Place yourself opposite technician, and target the mob immediately to his right, your left. Snare, then run into the room and up the ramp (you'll need to have killed the wanderer on the ramp before this). Go up sufficiently high enough so the snared mob ends up on the other side of the doors. Wait until agro dropped, then go kill this single mob.
Invis up, up doors and run back out, straight out. You may have to FD if you agro the two at the door, but they're sluggish when it comes to agro.
After agro drops, stand, invis. Run over to technician, immediately behind him, between him and wall. Make sure Merc is not standing in the middle of the room. Merc should on the wall with you. Send pet, FD if you have to, wait a bit so pet can get some agro (I had warrior pet enchanced IV, no pet gear), then pop up and start dotting. Once agro switches to you, start chain tapping to help your merc.
I got this guy for the document drop for my 85 SK. I 2 boxed with my 85 necro. We FD ran to the top of the last ramp and then ran to the far corner of room and let aggro drop. There are 2 mobs along the wall there that opens into bigger room where technician spawns. They all see invis. We pulled the mobs 2 by 2 with both our pets up and 2 healer mercs. After clearing the opening to the larger room the necro ran in and to the right to where she could see the Technician and FD'd. SK waited (FD) on top of the ramp. After aggro cleared the necro tagged the Technician and ran back to the ramp and FD'd next to SK. Remeber to keep mercs on passive at this point so they don't aggro and pets on Hold for same reason. When there were only 2 mobs plus Technician we stood up and began to DOT and beat on the Technician. Both mercs, both pets and the SK died. Necro contined to dot and then hit harmshield then FD at top of ramp out of aggro range and waited til Technician died. After aggro cleared the merc was revived and the SK got rezzed and looted docs. Whole thing took less than 30 minutes. By the way if you want to bring others up you can /corpsedrag them to the top and rez them in the corner and let them loot too. I did clear the two or 3 see invis at the bottom of the tower so I could get into and up the first ramp before I had too much aggro and had to FD. Technician was not tethered. Access is easy with the run fast, FD, let aggro drop, run fast again and FD method.
- Mobs see through SoS. - Mobs summon(most of them at least). - Mobs CANNOT be pacified/pulled(you get multiples anyway). - No mobs immune to mezz/charm/root that we could find. - Cannot levitate in the zone, so no easy access. - He spawns at the very top of the zone.
The mob itself: Hits like any other named, but is next-to impossible to single without clearing his room, mob is slowable, it seemed like he mitigated down to slightly, but might be partial.
- took 85sk dragging dead mage to slightly up the last ramp before the roof top. - rez'd and camped mage. - sk had to pull/kill 2 door mobs that saw invis after one roamer on the ramp up. - used terror of the soulbleeder on Technician masterwork and only received 1 add. - using max AA HT, standard poison, taps with swarm pet were enough to kill him. - FD after named is dead, let merc bite it, add path'd back to area. - logged on other toons, looted pages and levi'd off bldg or gated all toons. - maintain awareness of when you killed the ramp roaming mob because he spawns at inopportune times while loot pages.
* Confirmed today you could pull the named to the base of the last ramp up just through the door.

I found an easy way to do this. Have a Mage in the group, have them die suspsend a merc Have a Monk or Sk Fd the whole way up when you get to the top. Pop merc rez mage. Coth everyone up . Also it seems the You can get heals the whole way up when your fded from a healer at the bottom . Hope this helps Gettin up to top of ramp to avoid the time of clearing the whole way up since they made it a little Harder.
did today with single grp...SK, cleric, 2 shammies, rogue, and bard...you must have a bard or monk pull or it will be a major pita...took us about 1.5 hrs
confirmed this tonight tethered to the top cant even pull it onto the ramp leading up to the room had to fight it at top of ramp behind spawn point ... soe swings the nerf bat yet again grats on making a "group" key alot harder for a "group" to get
respawn is about 5 minutes he raises Rebel Brownies faction and lowers Factory Flunkies faction 6 document samples each time, then assorted trash loot like everyone other clockwork
