Found him wandering between the two southern entrances from the room that looks like a rolling band assembly line. could off course mean that all the roamers in room are phs cant comment to that. but at least one of the two roamers there is a ph.

Was hitting me for approx 5.2k max on ranger with about 2.8k AC & full defensive AA. Also is able to Strikethrough Weaponshield.
