she despawns after you give her the quill and parchment just did this 3 times in a row for my guild once for myself :) she repops 15-30 min after you kill thracken griften

Some merchants in W.K. con amiable and others dubious. This one is dubious. Anyone know how an aspiring baker can raise enough faction to trade with her?
