he cons yellow to lvl 80, he might be 81 or 82.
Just tried this guy 1st time.
Can hit for up to 4K looks like.
As you kill him, "A Hungry Spirit" (level 80) (one at a time... several along the way) will spawn out of him.
They don't attack, but they will charm somemone and then despawn. Charm is short lived.
Under 20%-ish Health -- you will get emote on him getting weaker ("Falstaff howls in Anguish").
At that time you need to clcik the Moondancer Pendant (give to the person who got task) on him, to finish him off.
If you don't do it quick enough before he is DPS'ed too low, he will Complete Heal (and you have to DPS him down again).
