To save someone else time running around past their bedtime...to find the recyclers take the elevators all the way up to the upper level (as if you were going to MMM) and then run all the way around to the NW where you will see an elevator that goes down to ground level. You will find yourself inside an area on the ground you can't get to from outside and there are plenty of recyclers that can be solo or double pulled. Good luck!
