He also gives the task "Screw Loose" (say "what screws"):
You get a "Sonic Screwdrier".

"Take some screws from ..." means:
Stand near the constructions at the loc's and klick the screwdriver.
Be careful, there are mobs around.

This task is soloable by rogues.

1. Take some Screws from the northeast oil rig tower. (+2556 / -976 / +406)
2. Take some Screws from the northwest oil rig tower. (+2582 / -1444 / +406)
3. Take some Screws from the southeast oil rig tower. (+2163 / -1365 / +409)
4. Take some Screws from the southwest oil rig tower. (+2265 / -1125 / +403)
5. Take some Screws from Recycler support A. (+2224 / +1379 / +405)
6. Take some Screws from Recycler support B. (+2224 / +1540 / +404)
7. Take some Screws from Recycler support C. (+2296 / +1391 / +405)
8. Take some Screws from Recycler support D. (+2296 / +1542 / +404)
9. Take some Screws from Recycler support E. (+2402 / +1387 / +405)
10. Take some Screws from Recycler support F. (+2402 / +1544 / +404)
11. Deliver 10 Structural Support Bolt to Tabazin Gearflinger.
12. Deliver 1 Sonic Screwdriver to Tabazin Gearflinger.

Tabazin Gearfinger randomly offers 8 versions of the task "Gearing Up" though I was only able to obtain 7 at one time. The tasks all entail Delivering 9 items to Tabazin Gearfinger, they are as follows:

From what I just read on the EQ boards, his Task was being exploited, so they removed him until the patch tonight can fix it.
