My guild attempted this with only 3 groups. Here is the info we got from her. You spawn her by buying a Thorned Rose from a mysterious stranger and turning it into Scorn (Avatar of Errolisi).
She casts the following spells,
Autumn's Withering
Blackrose Hail
Entrapment of Erollisi
Passion's Thorns
Scream of the Scorned
Spring's Bloom
She enrages, rampages and AE rampages. AE ramp hit me for a max of about 6.6k at only 3.3k AC.
The adds hit for a max of around 1.5k and she releases approximately around 5 each wave every minute when she reaches I believe 85% health. They are unmezzable. Not sure on root or snare.

It should be mentioned - she's perma-rooted and the ghosts (green wisps) will path through. Just to add to the adds fun.
