I did the quick errand quest it took 63 times to finally get to ally.
That was the only thing I did to effect my Crusaders of Veeshan faction.

I recently passed from Amiable to Kindly (within three or four runs of the "Errands: Crusaders of Veeshan" task) and the only spell available to me was Deadfall Rk. II. I will check back at another four or so runs.
At this faction with NPC, and only 1 spell was shown ( clerical ) all other items that he sells are shown though.

Either he's broken or he's not on Crusaders of Veeshan faction. My cleric is MAX Crusaders of Veeshan faction, tells him he cannot get any better and he's dubious to Aring, and he will not sell to my cleric.
