I am max ally, 80, and have done every ladies of the light task I can find, 2 in loping and several in dsh, not sure what else to do to get her to respond to this phrase.
Does anybody know how to get her to respond to the phrase "Teachings" i am max ally, 80 and have done the collar hand in, yet still she says, you ave not earned our trust enough.

You have to find "an enchanter collar" lore, quest, dropped from nymphs around the tower
Have done the "enchanted collar" turn in 3 times. Still won't give the other quest, but then, my faction is still low. If this quest is a pre-req, then high faction is the other part.
I think that mentioning "teachings" only get you a reference to speak to Elladrial, rather than an additional quest from Qandieal.
