he is also part of gharin's note/plaguebringers proof quest, you turn in the note tovax vmar drops in qeynos hills to sragg and tovax vmar spawns in qeynos catacombs.

I said to Madam Serena, behind the Mermaid Tavern by docks, "I follow Mithaniel Marr", which is my religion. I had just read on another post that if say "I follow***your religion**" she would give you a little talk about it. Anyhoo...she told me some stuff about how Im powerful and loyal, and I should go into the catacombs and hail Mr. Bloodheart. IM a hi elf 43 enchanter, so I dont know what this is gonna have to do with the post I read here about a human SK turning in a note.

Posted: Apr 29 2002 at 10:39 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) he is a "Quest NPC" because ALL HUMAN SHADOWKNIGHTS WHO FOLLOW BERTOXXULOUS are instructed by the letter they start out with to seek SRAG BLOODHEART. he gives the ****** tunic and is the trainer. sure, there are 2 other trainers a SK can use down there, but he is the "main" SK trainer of the BLOODSABERS.

Anyone know why Sragg is a "Quest NPC" ???
He also receives the turn ins and hands out the newbie armor pieces for teen level armor quests by human shadowknights which were given out in PoK
If you make a Human SK, he is the guy you give the note to that you get upon creation.
