Spiderling silks and king snake skins are, of course, very easy to collect. Spiderlings in Qeynos Aqueducts and wooly spiderlings in Everfrost are plentiful, and drop silks often (sometimes 3-4 at a time). I believe any snake in the newbie areas (NQ, QH, QA) that uses the black and red king snake model can drop king snake skins, and they can be found frequently on NPC vendors in the newbie areas.

Large king snake skins are slightly tougher, they have to come from large king snakes; but large king snakes are common enough in Qeynos Hills and drop rate on large skins isn't too terrible. Giant field rat whiskers are maybe slightly harder than the large skins; the whiskers drop frequently enough, but finding giant field rats (as opposed to just giant rats) can be a bit of a pain. Finding a giant whiskered bat fur is about the same as the giant field rat whiskers; the drop rate on fur off of the giant whiskered bats is a little lower, but you only need one fur as opposed to two whiskers.

Klicnik biles: drone bile is the easiest to get, but only because drones spawn way more often than warriors or nobles. One warrior bile is easier to find than one noble bile; but you need two warrior biles and you'll probably get the noble bile before getting the second warrior bile.

Giant king snake skins: The real pain in these quests: you need three (including the staff), and not only are the giant king snakes difficult to find, the drop rate on their skins is probably the lowest of anything in the quests. The best thing to do is get a tracker to help you and scour the western part of the zone or the ridge just south of Blackburrow.

Other drops for the staff: 2 gnoll fangs and a giant fire beetle eye: very easy, fangs drop often from gnolls in and around Blackburrow and giant fire beetle eyes drop frequently from the giant fire beetles in West Karana.
