This thing got a ton of hits. I was going for the icy terror for the sk spell quest and this was the toughest mob in the way. You better have a cleric near by to take him down, hits for 117 max and never hit for less than 80. I thought the icy terror was nothing compared to this thing.

The listing here is for the spiders in Perma, they are NOT the same as the giant wooly spiders on EF. The spiders were red to me at 31 while I was wandering the ice giant section of Perma (scariest damn thing I've EVER done, one giant saw through invis... lets just say having a dozen things hit you for over 100 each is NOT fun).

The wooly spider spawns near the Ice Giants on the way to Vox's Lair.
And yes it is quite a nasty critter not to mention all the ginats u may pull at the same time.. level is accurate info

Yes, we killed one last night. Sometimes creatures have same name and even look alike in different zones but are not at all the same level of difficulty. Alligators in Oasis vs Cazic Thule come to mind.
