Like another poster said, this guy has lots of hit points for his level. He ran at about 13 percent. He dropped a Ceremonial Carmine Robe. No faction changes.

killed this sucker today.. had greatsword of mortification and took about 20 mins to kill him. must have like 1 million hps.. it was ridicoulous

While an interesting fantasy, this is indeed untrue. Not only does he not drop the greatsword of mortification, he has nowhere near 1 million hps. Unless you just got lucky on a day when the loot tables were screwed up.
He definitely does not drop this item. Only a junky temporary, no-drop robe with 1AC.

Lol... i think he means that he (blackpill, the poster) was equipped with a Greatsword of Mortification and initiated a 20 minute beatdown on said mob for 20 minutes with his (blackpill's) greatsword of mortification.
The good ol' days of EQ were all about roleplaying. In Norrath, you got to be a hero.
