Yup, got it on the third spawn.
lvl 80 druid with DPS merc. It took a while and the exp was meh but it was something to do besides kill crocs and bears.
I bound there and would port in and clear the fountain and keep checking up on it. Or do stuff around the house and log in and clear the PHs.

Saw this mob for the 1st time and it dropped a nice aug yay me :)

Brine now summons and can not be snared so ph's for him are a breeze but hes got a little bit of ass now becareful .
I can confirm that he can spawn from any of the 4 water elemental locations.
For every ring we've had drop, we've had one aug, so I wouldn't call it his rare drop anymore.
He also casts Judgment, and Reckoning.
He also has a 2% damage reduction - the "kaboom" effect of Turn Summoned/Annihilate lines for me, at 80, do 32004 damage. On Brine of Prexus, it did 31364 damage.

I've camped this area for about 8 hours total now over 2 sessions. The first session was for about 3 hours and got named to spawn 1 time, dropped the ring. Second session was around 5 hours and got named to spawn 3 more times, dropped ring every time. Aug is definatly his rare drop. The short spawn time on these guys is great.
I'm able to 3 box mag/nec/shm (also had cleric in group but was afk the whole time) With 4 in group I was getting about 6% AA exp per kill and hardly ever had to heal. Just pulled with necro then FD'd mob's off to Mage pet, slowed, then sent in other pets. Shammy casted panther and Necro dotted. Mage used Rampaging Servent Rk. II when mob got down to around 50% and started chain casting Complete Heal and promised renewal on itself. Only had to heal pet with shammy every now and then, although I did have Lassitude Rk. II on him which procs a 500 hp HoT. I usually finish killing the last mob from fountain about the same time first repopped, so was constant pulls on just the 4 PH's for named. Took 16 mobs (4 clearings) to ping an AA on each character. Never had a problem with mana even without any mana buffs, just kept shammy and mage on drogs, Necro used Otherside and stayed off drog since he was pulling. The 4 mobs in fountain don't summon, but they do cast a mez. I never had a problem with it though because usually when they mezzed mage pet, necro pet took over. As weak as they are, he is still able to tank long enough for mez to break or mob start CH'ing and promise renewaling himself. Also when they mez necro on pull it just saves him the mana it takes to FD, lol, send mage pet in and continue on as normal.

As posted on main katta page, it spawns in a fountain just north of city proper.
4 water elementals spawn there, not sure if only west one is named or if all can be. 6 min spawn timer. Brine has about 85k hp and hit me for 1511 with 25% shielding.
edit - I have killed the west spawn 18 times (46 total elementals) and yet to see named repop. Pretty rare
edit 2 - Can confirm the east spawn also can be named, so likely all 4 can.
