Can't find where the slow was cast, but:
DPS for 2min before tanking the first zek and the 2nd to 30% :
800-1000dps between the two tanks.
DPS once that 2nd zek hit 30%:
11,600 - 29,000dps depending on tank.
Hit a 4200ac paladin for 26,000 damage in 2 seconds.

If a slow is cast upon them, they will invert the effect and hit harder/faster.
On a kill: a Zek loyalist delivers a bone-crushing blow.

Upon slowing one of these i got the message:
"This spell may have had the opposite effect of what you desired"
And he promptly got buffed with massive haste and + Damage, chewing up a good portion of the raid.
Lesson: do Not Slow these guys.
