It's quicker to take him down if you first charm him and send him after the two guards (who're light blue to 56, while he's dark blue). Then just have him stand there (he should be at around 30% health by then) utnil charm breaks, then chant in a circle until he runs at 17%.

He sure didn't like me a lvl 9 dwarf cleric who has always had good faction with all Guards. Whats up?

Does anyone know if Nyzil is Kaldim Citazen faction been killing dwarves for al while and am allied to the graurds. Wanted to know if I need to watch out for Nyzil, KOS to kaladim Citazen. Thanks in advance.

Nyzil is not on Kaladim Citizen faction. I am ally with him and the guards, and KOS with the Kaladim merchants from many levels of Dwarf-killing. As a matter of fact, I have killed Nyzil at least 20 times and he is STILL ally. Also, the guards do not assist him when I pull him out of the hut. I generally open the door, target him, and then run around the back and pull him through the wall.

Nyzil is on the Bloodforge Brigade faction I think but can find any info on any such faction.

Killed him a few times last night and this morning. Sometimes I go thru just a couple a bubs of health and mana sometimes I go through four bubs. /shrug
He can hit pretty hard and fast - up to 130 or so. I didnt have pet up. Just feared and tanked. He runs fast - I have 3 points into run speed and I barely out paced him.
Best thing to do is pull to zone line and fear there. He isn't very high in in MR. The other two guards are VERY high MR. Only got Dooming Darkness to stick once Guard Mundal (sp) and Fear stuck 1 out of every two casts. The guards drop Fine Steel and Dwarven axes.
To pull Nyzil, I just invis, open the door, target him, go arund the back side of the hut, and cast a spell on him. The other two guards dont follow. He comes right through the building after me.

Yes indeed. I am also a Rallos-Zek worshipping Human Warrior and this guy does not like us one bit. I was running through BB and he killed me before I even knew what hit me. Thank God a very wonderful and kind druid and two very wonderful and kind wood-elves helped me port back and get my body.
Note to all lowbie RZ Human Warriors: GET INVISIBILITY OR CAMOUFLAGE if you intend to go anywhere near this guy!
And thanks again to my guardian angels that day, you know who you are.

Ok I hit lvl 50 and thought I'd give him a try after reading these previous posts. I got a good pet up, augmented him, and had a 52 druid backing me up. He resisted Dooming darkness, the 2 gaurds came immediatly with him (perhaps cause Im a dark elf) although I was clear of their aggro range. He also resisted 5 snares and 2 roots from the 52 druid. I made it to DC and zones with about 2 bubs of health left. he runs faster then the gaurds. So I'd say they nerfed him a bit being that he resisted 8 straight spells from lvl 50 + toons

I was wandering Through Butcher block yesterday and what do I come across? The corpse of Nyzil Bloodforge!! Being a level 5 cleric I figured awsome loot, but unfortunetly all I foound was some dwavrvern blood. A minute later I shout, Who is killin the guards? and a necro (must have been in the low 50's at least) shouts that he is. So I send him a tell and ask if these guys drop any good loot, he tells me not really but I ask if I can loot the guards anyway.(anything helps a newb and everyone should know that=) ) So I find the necro medding with his pet dual wielding some kind of whips, and I say Hail. He tells me to take any loot anything drops just let him check the corpse first. Alright sounds good to me. 5 minutes later a guard spawns, not sure which one but it was wielding an axe. The necro pops up and hits him with a few spells, then his pet charges in hitting for at least 30-55 dmg every hit!! With one handed slashing weps and getting dual wield and double attack to kick in every time, thats alot of Damage. So a minute later, down goes the guard. I wait by the corpse for another two and loot it. What do I find, only the same loot as you get on a high level mob in CB, a dwarvern axe =). Hey I'll sell it to a merch or to a newb for 5pp. The next loot I got was Nyzil Bloodforge... again. This time when I looted him he droped a nilitals page 300 and 301, dwarvern meat and a bloodforge hammer (13 50 10svm), not bad for a newb cleric. I dont know what the pages are for but if anyone wants to buy them send me a tell, Ill be somewhere on Faydwer for a while.

Its lore though, kind of cool he drops the hammer named after him (same one you get in that "kill trumpy in qeynos quest."

I was level 55 and bored at the crossroads and conned him. I had just finished the druid epic quest a couple days before and just wanted to see if he was killable with it, yep ;)

He's not that hard. I remember dwarf guards used to be uber camped but verant attempted to "nerf" them by increasing their spawn time and making them high MR. Well that didn't stop me, being a lvl 51 necro at the time i killed my first dwarf guard. How did i do it? I didn't fear kite, for once. Okie well lets start out at the hut at xroads, first i have to get a newb to open the door so i can target nyzil first without being attacked by the guards. Then i pull nyzil with snare (he's low mr unlike his guard budding) then i fear and send pet, splurt then just med. He's a bit of a long fear kite but once he dies i'm left with the other two guards at xroads. Well i pull one with bond of death and *gasp* the other one just sits there and watches his buddy die. Why? i dunno. So i pull with bond of death then send pet and cast pact of shadow on pet, to heal him, then i just med while tapping. then i finish the next guard and move to the next hut. This is some of THE BEST exp from 51 to 54 for pet classes, just get a partner, it requires a necro, then you can have a mag, war, rogue, whatever, i usually did with another mag or nec. Just keep moving down huts pulling with BoD and healing pet with pact of shadow. Note when you get to the hut with guard dunn you have to pull dunn first, not gabel, if gabel is pulled they both come. Dunn is a bitch too, he's a bit tougher then the other guards. Also the hut with durkis is doable but durkis is one TOUGH MOFO! Basically i double attacks for 200 a pop and will often stun you, taking away 800hp just like that. He can be feared but tends to resist snare, but he is doable and it is normally worth it to kill him and clear this hut when partnered up. You can kill all the guards all the way down to dock, the dock guards are hard though, they can't be pulled single unless you fd pull, and it's not worth killing them anyway cause xroads will respawn by the time you get there.

You know, I wondered that myself. A half-elven warrior worshipping Zek was KoS here too. I had to fish his corpse out. I guess it has to do with Zek being the Ogre God of choice. Odd that dwarves can worship that god.

I was just running through BB the other day I he killed me. I'm a human warrior who worships Rallos Zek. Is that the problem? Please help me find some quests to up my faction.
