Does the Taskmaster's Pouch really lack a weight reduction to it? Is giant size a rare size for bags? Am I still showing hard core newb signs even after 3+ years of play...could it be used in a quest? No, no then why even bother with the fabled part. So whats it really about then, this Fabled Taskmaster's Pouch?

Used in a quest. Take all the fabled versions of the parts for the key to Emperor's room, put them in the fabled bag, and hit combine. Poof. Qvic-level ring.
