This mob is not hard, what is hard is that he is so bugged he hops up and down in the water, one minute in range next minute not

On a more serious note, this guy has huge aggro range--detected me from half a mile away, along with his buddies who, since they were next to him, came along.
Also just found out he summons. Ouch.
One other thing--when his proc fades (found out it is indeed a melee proc, and does not have 150 range), you take 5000 additional damage. Another ouch.
