Spawn Info
Has exactly one Pher, a sandflow tender. They're on a 20 minute 24 second timer and spawn at 67, -252 at the NW corner of the room Cirwea Strongbow spawns. Here's the in-game map cord to add to the file takishruins_3.txt:

Where does he spawn, what is his PH. Could a 74 Beastlord kill him?
