There's an Obelisk on the south end of the lake, and a path that winds up the cliff next to it.
At this Obelisk are two efreeti and one of them happened to be the Hand of Queltizenzumotif.
He's single pullable as are most of the dual efreeti's and easy to snare and root/rot.
He dropped the sash for me, which was an upgrade to my Sunderspring Belt.

This guy popped outside the pyramids today. Very rare spawn there since I've been kiting for serveral hours. These are the northmost 3 pyramids. Yellow con at 75, doesn't summon and is snareable. He's a punk. Dropped Royal Platinum Choker
