I've been looking for this guy for months. I would pop in and run around the zone checking tracking to see if he was up. He never was. Yesterday, I decided to look in earnest. Put some effort into it.

Based on the advice of Duchess Cylius' post below, I went to the far SW corner of the zone. I killed everything that showed up on track (except the Sea Monster). For two days, I've killed Sea Turtles, Goblin Shamans, Goblin Marauders, and various Sharks. Lots and lots. But no spawn.

Then, for no apparent reason, I noticed that Sea Snakes were showing up on track. After I killed three Sea Snakes, a Goblin Fisher showed up on track (still in the far SW corner of the zone). I killed the Goblin Fisher, and Teragadon spawned immediately at -4623.56, 4366.36, 216.27. He was amiable to me. Once he started attacking I noticed that he was hitting my WAR Merc for 800-1400 hp, which is really unusual for this zone. He kept casting Shredding Bite on both me and the Merc.

At 50% health, he warped. Luckily, he was still being tracked. I found him at the NE corner of Stormscape Island (in the water) at -3205.12, -24.96, now at 100% health. This time, the Merc took him down pretty quickly. He dropped Sea Tear, Shark Eye, Shark Fin, and Shark Cartlidge.

Bottom line.... go to the SW corner of the map and kill everything.

This mob is still buggy. Found him up on track north of monkey island, warped when I engaged him. Then picked him up again in the SW corner and he warped again. Picked him for the 3rd time on track in the Fortress on the top of the mountain inside the second locked door. What a real PITA. Oh but wait it gets worse - Had the mob down to 3% and POOF.... ya great now what? no corpse of him anywhere in the zone that I could find. You would think by now SOE would have fixed this, guess not. Thank you SOE.

Spawns in the SouthWest of the zone under the water. West of the foot shaped isle with the reptiles/lizards/birds, and south of the pirate isle with the boats. Kill anything you see: turtles, sharks, goblins. He eventually will pop. I also grab it on server patches. Great time to catch any mob as most names pop. Respawn for the mobs are on normal times for the zone about 12-15 minutes. Anything under the water can be the PH from the lvl 78 sharks to the lvl 50 turtles. GL!

well, when i found him up, he was in the SW sector of the map, South of the small islands at redfeather isle. However, i'm not certain if his PH is random or if it is only this one, but i thought i would share this info anyway.

Oh yeah and, you Have to fight him underwater, you can't fight the sharks on land so don't bother trying. (well some you can but it gets extremely buggy, and when i tried pulling this guy to the island he just kept warping back to his spawn point when i rose above water level)

Roamer?

Roamer? Random spawn? Any PH? I am a wiz and impossible to track down, I need rough loc's/islands to look around. I understand if he roams the entire zone but.. I just need this info before I drag my friends out there looking on a fool's errand. I take enough of their time on trivial junk anyway lol.

Got him last night. Killed me once because I didnt run quickly enough when root dropped one time.
Came back and root rotted him down. As a 71 druid I had to use Infusion due to running out of mana when he was around 30%.

Took a while but he droped the 'Sea Tear' aug for me.

Pretty Easy

This mob was pretty easy to take down. At the time we found it, it was yellow to a 75, so level may be variable. The pipe dropped when we killed it. Me and wife killed it with our 75 cleric, shaman, enchanter, druid and warrior. Warrior is not a raid tank so it's a doable mob.
