I was full of coin, headed to TBC for tradeskilling; big mistake! Not only was my Agi down 300, but losing 300 Str made me severely overweight! Thankfully I'm a ranger so when she fled I was able to snare her, but other classes may have more trouble!

Found today in the water at loc: 2720, -1298, 182. This location is open water to the west of Deadbone Reef. She was not moving when I spotted her. It's possible she moves on land after spawning in the water.

Appearance is like the sirens found in the zone, slightly golden in color. Submitting screenshot today.
