These PITAs see invis and they're hard to see themselves. If you go into the underground tunnels you can assume eventually you'll turn a corner and have one of these aggro onto you, bringing a bunch of non-SI mobs along with it.

Confirmed. They are without a doubt a PITA. I got hit for max of 1333 (75 Ranger with 2155 AC, Aegis of Vie Rk I, and Archetype defensives maxxed).
