SSW island on the western side of it. Two rocks each with two ruga, one inbetween the two rocks, and one on the shoreline.
Cleared first 2 mobs by the rock where his location is posted at the top and he spawned a short time later. One of the mobs I killed must be his placeholder because he was standing where one of the mobs I had killed earlier was.
The Loc of where he spawned is exactly -3444, +2424.

I've had him spawn at multiple places. So any of the Regrua can be his pher. I even had him add out of the water once lol.

how often does he spawn had my bro 2 box his 75 bl and 75 druid camped east side of redfeather island checked for him on track cleared island on east side for over 2hrs no sing of him??
This jerk wander the whole zone, have seen him on redfeather, maidens grave and the island with the gobbos...kinda sneaks up on you.

Duoed with 75 Pally 75 Druid took about 1 minute. Snares and Roots, doesnt resist much of anything. Dropped the Sweeper three times now.
Judging from what I saw on my pet, I believe max hit is 800-1000...nobody crucify me for this if it's wrong. Certainly not a very hard mob for it supposedly being level 74 (but it was blue to me at level 74 so...probably 73 or below!).
It DOES summon, but doesn't have much HP.
For camping this for two other people, it dropped the shoulder item for two hours of camping.

Not only does it summon, but it's a FAST summoner (as was introduced in OOW, if I remember correctly) meaning that it summons every FIVE seconds instead of every TEN seconds as older mobs do.
Got a nasty surprise there when I tried soloing it with my (admittedly) gimp 75 druid, hehe. Just a little warning for you all if you decide to take him on solo.
Btw he hit me for a max of 1286.

didn't pay attention to what it hit for. Didn't see it cast anything. and the PH seems to be somewhat random(in the area, 4 mobs) it popped in 2 different places(at different times). 75 ranger 600+ aa anguish geared+ and 75 mage 1k+ aa anguish geared+ soloed it with NO troubles. First try mage pet tanked it, maybe took it down to 75% health. 2nd try I tanked used WS was dead WAY before WS dropped. Took all of 15 seconds or so to drop it. Dropped the sweeper both times. It is snareable, doesn't enrage, doesn't summon(at least not for us) and does turn to run at 10% ish.
How hard does he hit? Does he have any spells?

He was DB con to 75. so hes not 75. Hes 71-74 atleast. loc is -3792, 2479, 316 right in that area.
