If ya have done the Knowledge of power grp task and didnt get the ring its not a problem. Just have ring on and hail the guy that gives you that task and the ring will update.

if u use a guild portal to katta he is to your right hand = west at a big table.

Run forwarf to bottom of big statue South.
turn right = west hes like at the first table on u rightt as u move forward
