This mob actually spawns on Barren Coast by the huts with the other kerrans and gorilla's. I killed her on 2/17/07. She is not lvl 75 either, she was light blue to me and I'm lvl 75. She spawned with the gorilla Attma next to her and I killed both at the same time. She dropped the Kerran Ring of Queens, Attma didn't drop anything. She hit very weakly and not many hp's. Both of them were easily duo'd by shaman/wizzy.
