I've never seen him spawn in the center, 99 percent of the time he's at the SE corner on the upper area.
Don't stand on the upper topmost center platform. Every time I do and I'm on a mount, the mobs take off and run away. Eventually they come back but it's not good.

His PH spawns every 6 mins, I've camped him for 16 hours or so now total...seen him 4 times...once he was up after a patch, is how I found him...and spawned him 3 times. Dumb-Stats cloak x3, Augment x1.
(sigh) on the rarity of the guy...and (sigh) on the stats on the cloak. Where are the items with these focus effects for classes that need them ?
