Yep. "Human" faction. Not sure exactly what it is, but it's a complete faction hit that will kick you from indiff to appr. Watch out and don't make the same mistake that I did 8(((

complete faction hit.. I started hunting them a dubious...killed them all the way through level 10.. stopped fighting them and they were dubious.. maybe you were just very sorta low on the indiff faction...

They were dubious to me at first (a Troll SK), I killed them all and they dropped to threateningly. However, the nearby innkeep remained dubious, so it's possible that only the fishermen are on The Humans faction.
