yes indeed, his faction is Merchants of Qeynos. also, several other vendors in Nro and EC have the same faction.

Due to alot of faction juggling, i too have been lowered to dubious with this guy. i believe that his faction is Merchants of Qeynos for some reason, but i'm not 100% sure. i will be working on it the next day or two and will post back if i come up with anything.

Ok, after a bit of researching, it appears for these guys at the inn here (just in No Ro from E FP), you need to kill all the damn orc pawns you can. Can find any quest to help out :(. And it looks like you have to kill about 1 million of them to make a difference. Prepare to waste a day or 2 killing level 2 mobs. On a side note, if the orcs drop a mining pick, you can take those and do a quest with them for some other faction :) You'll have to look up the orc mining pick quest.

these 2 quests will help with Coalition of traders. This wont help with this guy but will help with most vendors in freeport. You can do both quest at same time as the npcs for both are very close to eachother (both legs).

I am a DE Cleric and con Warmly to all the Freeport Vendors and indefferent to the guards. This guy still wont sell to me. I know there are a couple merchant factions. Coalition of Traderfolk I, II and III. I did some quest in Freeport to get my faction up (forgot the name...sorry) and it got me up with guards and 2 of the 3 merchant factions...I am guessing he is the other...I'll do some more research and post if i find which of the three I am missing and how to improve it.

What the heck is this fellows faction? The tradesfolk in Freeport love me, the Militia love me, the paladins at least tolerate me, but this guy... this guy just doesn't like me. Which is a pain, because he sells several items that I can't get anywhere else within a 100 miles.
