Note for Mages and other pet classes: I've fought Marta three times so far as a 76 Mage. Conned yellow to me. Twice, at the start of the fight, she mezzed my pet. The mezz lasts for 30 seconds, and she can be kept busy with HoE and Rampaging Servant until the mezz wears off. She didn't cast any other spells that I could see. Drops were Urticaceae, Purified Grade A Gormar Venom, Deepwater Black Diamond, Human Blood, and the earring. No rare drops for me.

Solo'd as a 67 wizard today, 8600 mana. Mana became an issue towards the end. Used infusion before trying so resists were capped, she landed mez one time out of 4 attempts. Was not very resistant at all.

Just Duo'd this (literally like 2 seconds ago). 73 RNG - 1700AA - Bazaar gear + J1 healer merc. Popped infusion of the faithful which seeemed to keep the mezz from sticking. Slowed with earthcaller. After that it was an easy fight. Dropped earring and Tantalum ore. Parsed out at 118,507 hit points.

I managed to solo kill her on my first try with my 75 necro. I ran out of mana by a small margin so I used my Veteran Reward for more mana but with better planning I'm probably good (I hope).
I just snared, rooted and dotted. With my magic resist at almost 400 she just gave me some short stuns. Next time I'll see if I can run her around with my pet. I never got hit so I have no damage feedback. She dropped the earring but I have one so I had to run an alt over to claim it.

Decided to have a go at this gal last night, 78 rng, 76 clr, 72 mage but was worried about the mez so I dotted myself with Immolate just before snaring and it prevented the first couple mezzes from sticking on me.
Resisted the mez a few more times but mid-way through the fight we all got mezzed.
While we were mezzed, Marta ignored us and only started attacking after it had worn off us all and the mage pet went in, even though she was well within aggro range of me.
Right after we killed her I ran out to pull in another and she was up again =p

Drop rate on cutlasses was quite bad too, only had 1 drop in about 2 hours of non-stop killing near the port in spot on Jardel's Hook.

Soloed her today. 75 Druid. She hit me once - which was a good thing as I was only self-buffed. Put up IoF and resisted clinging madness everytime. Seemed to stay out of range of stun except once...man that was a long sucky stun.
Anyway, seemed nukes were pretty resistant so gave up on them and loaded, while on the run, swarm dots. Fire dots landed ok if I could keep defuff up.
Took a bit to burn her down, but was fun.

yeah stunning mobs are a lot lot harder than mezz ones! The good news is her no-agro regen is slow - I never her saw her climb even 1% during a mez.
full grp. most was under lvl 70,me as "tank" ,78 bst .. cleric died,add came,ranger kited add,druid dead,warrior dead, ranger kiting,me dotting.. was slow as hell,but ok. until snare went off. then she came straight for me,and instead of the stun/mess as she had been doing most the fight she hit me for 1k - 1400 dam .. and fast! down,lol ) finally cleric was back and rezzed the others,and somehow they got he. dropped ear. what a biatch she is ! revenge is gonna be sweet :P

Soloed easy enough as a 75 Wizard. Mob doesn't summon, has approximatly 115k hp (nuked for 115,277). Resisted Clinging Madness twice with 529 to magic resist. Dropped the earring and Human Parts.

Take it from a Pally. This mob is not undead.
Have killed this mob 3 times now. First 2 times it was yellow to my 75 BL. Third time it conned white. So it ranges from 74-76 it seems. Extremelely bogus spell also. 30 sec mez is ridiculous in my opinion.

As for the Mez, it lasts up to 30 seconds, was resisting it 1/4 at 554 mr, but around 3/4 at 594 mr, had a hard time soloing her before her mez lands on me and ran off though >< (Sanctification and Purification down at the end of fight btw)

When I killed her she was blue to 75. 2boxed w/ CoA Ranger and Qvic Shaman. Dropped the Earring.
Also, her mez wasn't single target...she would AE it and memblur herself the odd time and if she didn't memblur then she'd break mez on my ranger and continue fighting.

Agree on the mez. She AE'd it and mezzed the entire group.
Confirmed it by looking in the log -

She also casts a spell called "Clinging Madness" its a 30sec stun/spin. Also dropped the earring for us. Killed her with 71 War tanking a 75 Shammy slowing and me a 75 Druid healing. Shammy said she got a partial slow to stick. No Summon, No Ramp, No Enrage.
