In Qeynos: Part of pre-launch events leading up to the May 2014 release of the Tower of Rot.
As an Extinct Mob: These, along with other undead types, were spotted in many zones and varied greatly in level. They surfaced after The Buried Sea was released and disapppeared on servers after the "Two Gods" event was defeated in Solteris or after Secrets of Faydwer went live, whichever came first. There were non-KOS, and spawned "an agitated skeleton", "a dusty mummy", or a vampire upon their deaths.

Interestingly these seem to now be set to appear when servers reach the Prophecy of Ro expansion, I imagine they will disappear again at some point on progression servers.
Sunderock Springs Agitated Skellies are up to level 71 (conned dblue - white to my 71 warrior) while the Vampire ones are yellow.

seen just one in Sunderrock at the Geyser and he conned yellow to me, me being a druid lvl 70
So safe to say their range is atleast till 71 might even be 72

They are spawning in Marus Seru and range from Yellow to red to a 29 Necro. Dropped 2 bone chips and the lesser corrupted sunshard almost every kill. Easy to kite and didn't resist snare very often

These, and Dusty Mummies, share two spawn points in Lake Rathe at the entrance to Rathe Mountains. It appears as though the respawn rate is 6-7 SECONDS! I don't know if it's a glitch or not, but they repop quickly. I have yet to see one that conned of a level that my 60 necro could recognize.
Just got a Greater Corrupted Sunshard of one of these mobs in Sunderock Springs.

I just went through all of the undead areas of Blightfire so unless they are mixed in with the living they are not in Blightfire Moor. Got chased out by ghost wolves or I would have checked the living areas too 8-)

Saw one in sunderrock springs. Light blue to lvl 75, sees invis, but cons indifferent anyway, seemed to hit very weakly, mezzable, slowable, rootable/snarable, didn't summon, easy to kill, dropped nothing.

These new undead are likely for the Emissary of Temple of Sol Ro quests that you can get in the various Wayfarer camps from the new Emissary NPCs.

Just Killed both in Lake of Ill Omen
Running through West Karana and I saw a couple present there. One on track far away as well.

Have seen Agitated Skeletons and Dusty Mummies on Luclin in Dawnshroud and Mons Letalis for sure... not sure in other zones. They seem to be the build up connected with the Emissaries in PoK and other starting cities... makes you wonder what kind of war is brewing now...
perhaps another good and evil universal clash on Norrath, Luclin, and seems the Planes as well? Time will tell....

Mobs spotted in Freeport, Rathe Mnts, Field of Bone also. Mob in Rathe Mnts dropped blue diamond, a few plat, and Symbol of Mistmoore. Mobs range in hps from 1500 to 2500. Conquered on Jan 31, 2007
Seen them in Commonlands and North Ro as well. level also varies. They range from Grey to Red to my baby 16 Cleric.
