Can anyone confirm that this skele still exists? I have spent several hours at the location mentioned, plus several days in Kurns with the tracker running constantly, checking for names, and I've yet to see this guy. Thanks in advance!

Just killed it. On the second floor in between the two sets of stair cases leading upstairs. Dropped the Scale Woven Mask.

Sees through IVU. Spawns on the bridge level, at the base of the right set of stairs.
Somewhere heckling Fleven about updating quest info lol...
